Added two Chrony pluggins and example graphs

Added chrony_ , a wildcard plugin to track sourcestats per indiviual time source
Added chrony_sourcestats, a plugin that displays the sourcestats characteristics for several timesources in one graph.
Added example graphs for both plugins.
